Mentions of war, mental health issues, characters not being taken seriously because of perceived mental health issues.
S1E06: Serenity
Direct depictions of institutionalization, characters being institutionalized against their will, medical malpractice in the context of the antiquated "asylum” system, ghosts and hauntings, fire and abandoned places.
S1E07: Eminent Domain
Apocalypse scenario, mentions of mass violence (specifically a mass shooting), religious trauma, systemic loss of homes and housing security, gaslighting and manipulation.
